1. Nature of the Platform (Important)

AiRA is a technology platform / software product.

AiRA does NOT provide:

• Investment advice
• Trading advice
• Buy or sell recommendations
• Portfolio management services
• Fund management services
• Assured or guaranteed returns

AiRA does NOT act as:

• An investment advisor
• A stock broker
• A portfolio manager
• A sub-broker
• An intermediary executing trades on behalf of users

All features provided by AiRA are tools for analysis, strategy creation, automation logic, and execution control, fully configured and operated by the user.

2. User Responsibility & Control

• All strategies, rules, configurations, and automation parameters are created, selected, and controlled solely by the user.
• Any trading activity performed using the Platform occurs only based on user-defined logic and explicit authorization.

The user remains fully responsible for:

• All decisions made using the Platform
• Any outcomes (profit, loss, or otherwise)
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

AiRA does not validate the suitability, accuracy, profitability, or legality of any strategy created or used by the user.

3. No Advisory or Recommendation

Any data, analysis, signals, indicators, charts, or outputs generated by the Platform:

• Are purely informational and analytical
• Do not constitute investment advice or trading recommendations
• Must not be interpreted as guidance to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument

Users should consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor if they require professional advice.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

AiRA is offered as a subscription-based software platform. By purchasing a subscription, you are paying only for access to platform features, not for financial services.

Refund Policy

• All subscription payments are non-refundable
• Once a plan is purchased, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their subscription at least 2 days before the next billing date
• If cancellation is not completed within this period, the subscription may renew automatically
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund

5. Platform Availability & Limitations

AiRA is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of data or outputs
• Performance of strategies

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or external dependencies.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves risk, including the risk of capital loss.

• Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results
• Automated systems may behave differently in live market conditions
• Market volatility, latency, or incorrect configurations may lead to losses

By using AiRA, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your actions.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent AiRA as an advisory or guaranteed-profit service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or exploit the Platform
• Share misleading claims about returns, profits, or guarantees using AiRA

Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

• All software, design, content, and platform logic belong exclusively to AiRA
• Users retain ownership of their own strategies and configurations
• Users grant AiRA a limited license to host and process their data solely for platform functionality

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AiRA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption

Use of the Platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

10. Regulatory Compliance

AiRA operates as a software platform and does not fall under advisory or intermediary regulations.

Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with:

• SEBI regulations
• Local laws
• Tax and reporting obligations

11. Termination

AiRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access:

• For violation of these Terms
• For misuse of the Platform
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Termination does not entitle the user to any refund.

12. Changes to Terms

AiRA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive authority.
